This sounds like a bug. For me, that message disappears as soon as there is either mead or horilka in a close by market stand.
I've only had max 2 taverns at a time so far. Both of them have a market stall just outside the door that only sells mead and horilka. I don't sell it at any other market stalls. I'm not sure if this makes any difference, though. Citizens buy the alcohol at the taverns, I think?
Right. I have one market stall right next to the tavern, only with horilka and mead. The market stall person brings it from the trading post and the villagers come and buy it. I can't get my stock built up. Is there a certain amount that has to be in the market stall?
