Cant find dragon's tooth, last scroll, or rare herbalism book.

Finished the game without those things though.

These are all gained by talking and completing objectives for people in the last town.

There is a quest which gives you the dragon tooth as a trade for 12 animal teeth. If you give it to the boy he will give you the last scroll. If you give the 5 scrolls to the monk, he will give you the herbalism book...

If you can't find that go to the man who wants twelve skins just near the theif sibilings. You need to complete that quest before he pays you back by making a fake. Sadly there is no dragon in this game. I was excited. Alas.

So once I finally get a Boar to respawn, I can finish up three quests. Good to know.
