Destroy buildings
I want to replace a building with a different one, is it possible? Coffee shops seem useless since I keep having an abundance of coins

Nope. That's intentional as far as I can tell, so you're forced to keep the same buildings for your layout and plan ahead.

that's pretty lame, we should be able to either destroy or upgrade them.

I agree

After playing some time I noticed that the buildings level up as you complete their "quests" ...
So they will give more resources as they level up...it could be understood as an automatic upgrade,...after seeing how this works I understand why a demolish or "upgrade" feature feels unnecessary.

Even if the earlier buildings go up, they don't quite reach the later building types.

And also, it's not just about what is needed or not, but also about what is fun. Designing, moving, and rebuilding your city to make it look better or feel better to you is also a big part of city building games.

So I am all for an option to tear buildings down.

I'd settle for just being able to move buildings, if not destroy them. Still forcing people to expand, but letting us make our town look nicer, or more organized.

i'm with you....i also think this would be the best approach, this way we need to always get more city tiles to get better buildings

Thirded. Out of everything I want in this game, the ability to move buildings around to open tiles would be nice. At first I like having all the buildings in a new run centrally located, but eventually I would like to be able to reorganize them so all my resources of a given type are in sections -- or make them aesthetically pleasing. Whatevs.

To move them and to destroy them. i want mansions, not small houses.
