Can you walk around the hangar?

I remember seeing a game long time ago that looked very similar

You were able to walk around the hangar and do repairs/maintenance on the aircraft.

Is this the game? or does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Edit: This is indeed the same game.. wow it's been in development for a long time?
That being said, trailer on the store page doesn't show the walking around the hangar like in older videos.
