Stuck near end of game

I am on the last boss fight/puzzle and when I put the pusher vehicle in the elevator, I accidentally moved it too far up, then couldn't move the elevator down, then I fell down into the area where you get the light crystal and now I can't leave that area.

I made sure I'm up to date as it seems like there was an update that fixed it but I still can't get out.

So you can't call the elevator down with the call button?

Hmm. You could try loading a backup save in case you haven't saved too often since it happened.

We'll take a look at what might've happened there, as the elevator should never be blocked by the cleaner...

It looks like the elevator also wasn't able to move from the top of the area when the mover was in it.
