My chars is gone

Hi, i juste connecte in the game, my chars missing.
The game tell me creat a new chars and don't see my chars.

Hmm last update make my game auto acc on with steam, and my password can't acc itwith the steam client why my chars gone.

Any idea for linked my acc mad world with steam client ?

Did you connect from Steam first? or Web?

I on acc first time on steam with ID and Password, i go lvl 38 with that methode, a day when i try connected i don't see where enter my ID and Password, i juste see the botton "START".

That after i try go in WEB for try and see, what i see ? i m can connect my ID and PASSWORD steam acc go into WEB ACC.

Then i juste continus use the new acc steam, creat a new chars for continus play with the steam acc, and i juste abondonned my acc( ID password) who into web acc.
