Would have to make an initial purchase. A lot of us were people who bought a founders pack back last year. The shady thing was that if you bought a founders pack then your payment information was saved with reoccurring permissions in the game(so you could quickly buy currency or whatever) before you even played it as it is a web based architecture. I can't really say specifically how it happened, but it did seem like some lack of encryption on their side as there were no suspicious logins from my account. Could all be fine these days.
so what happened is that they had no security on their website so people got hold of all the paypal numbers routing etc and just stole crap tons of money from people when i caught wind of when they did it to me paypal already had a thing with Xstolla and auto refunded everything from them due to mad world also they did claim in 1 post very hidden that they fixed website security months after it hit the fan
