Do not purchase through their website!!!!!!!

I purchased this game for early access last week, and ended up with a frozen bank account yesterday and a 3000 dollar charge. This company is a scam or has a very compromised website! even though they use paypal to perform payments

I found out they are using paypal to gain access to every thing linked to paypal, then they sign your paypal up for automatic withdrawals .... great company!

honestly wish I was trolling at this point but no joke just cancelled my bank account and had to start over and it may take up to 90 days for me to recoup my 4000 dollars from this company

Worst thing about this is being an adult and now having no money to pay for any of my bills ... last time I ever purchase anything not on steam

???????? u know there is something called dispute on paypal or from xsolla, what are you on about bro? like i kinda believe you, but saying you have to recoup it makes it sound like u either pretending to be stupid or trolling. even if your paypal refused which 100% it wont refuse unauthorized charge refund if its true, then there is a charge back directly from your bank if they paypal took the money from there. not tryin to be mean but get your money back its as easy as it can be, just disconnect everything from your paypal until they resolve your issue, and if they its true paypal would prob stop accepting payments from them until they solve it. seems there are people getting hacked and have the same issue as you but xsolla refunded them right away, so reach out to them and u will get ur refund right away.

He is not the first one that has reported this happening to them. Even reviewers from game sites like MMORPG.com had this happen to them. Many other individuals have reported this from the same game. Xsolla has been denying refunds. They are only responding now because of the negative press. Cannot be a coincidence that the same game was involved.

it just seems suspicious as ♥♥♥♥, guy loses 3k in false transaction and gets his bank frozen, the very next day hes scammed again for 4k. how is that even possible, where is the fraud protection and how did you go from a frozen bank account to being scammed again the very next day. something doesn't add up.

Wow, just found this in an Article from MMORPG.com :

*At the time of writing this, Mad World payment processor Xsolla has automatically charged my linked PayPal account for $1000. I did not authorize any types of payments for this game and cannot recommend that anyone make purchases, or link their bank accounts, through the official website until this is sorted.*

Question is, who is responsible for this, Xsolla or Jandisoft?

no evidence = fake

PayPal can't do that unless you've set up Automatic Payments and it still has a limit that you set. the other is how your bank allows that, in such a short time.

It isn't automatic payments they are using the card on file to run up further charges so looks like they are doing it deliberately.

^^^^ this right here, I had most charges finally reversed just to have paypal hit my bank account again LOL ... so now im in a battle with paypal

I mean I don't need to provide any proof to random people on the internet I am just giving everyone a heads up this situation may just happen to you too! Also before I get set on fire because of what I just stated, I removed all debit/credit card information from paypal Just to have paypal hit my actual bank account itself for the funds.
