Is it legal?

Why Steam allows these "developers" to sell games clearly copied from more famous titles? I hope the creators of Escape From Tarkov get to know about it and have the game removed instantly.

This game only serves to generate a lot of money as quickly as possible. If you look at the gameplay videos, even Tetris has more depth than this boring cheap game.

It doesn't breach copyright that's why, only when a game rips assets directly from a trademarked title and uses them as their own and/or when they use a trademarked title of another game, this game is built from the ground up so it doesn't breach any sort of copyright nor is it a "copy"

For me it remains a bad copy of Escape From Tarkov. It won't use the assets of that game but it is undeniable that it tries to imitate the gameplay (without success), the title and, in my opinion, also uses the Unity's default resources. If I were an EFT developer I would get annoyed and I would ban this game from Steam.

Well that's not how it works, you can't just instantly remove something that is trying to capture another style you can't just trademark a style otherwise every dark souls like game would be scrapped before release and why would Battlestate get annoyed over some low budget title that doesn't come close to the quality of their game and does not hinder their sales in any shape or form? and you are free to use the Unity assets as long as you have the license to the engine so again this is legal unless they are clearly using assets without approval

From the ground up is more then generous of a discription of a game that is only a hash together of the unity engins feemarket of skins and maps, AI, acripts... ect ect. They even have maps that blatantly are copies of EFT.
