i understand tapblazes decision but hear me out. i am on chapter 5 on my ipad i love the game i finally made the decision to purchase it on steam. I get on try to log in and it only lets me log in through steam. i have a tapblaze account its linked to my email why not give users the choice to log in through that tapblaze account. I love this game but i they dont manually transfer my data im going to have to refund it and keep playing on ipad this just aint it. So many other games allow you to so i don't understand why let users go through all the effort and store their accounts and data and then not let me them transfer it feels like you're being punished for your purchase at this point.

This could be because of the economic difference, which I don't know much about because it's been a long time since I played on mobile. But I know that you can watch ads there to make money and gems, so maybe they don't want to mess with it (or maybe, unlikely, they can't), because it would give some players an advantage.
There is also a exclusive mode in here, the Zen mode, which is endless, and I think they plan on making some more exclusive content here.
Anyway, it's a weird decision, but there is probably a reason for that

UPDATE: yeh so im refunding the game i messaged support to ask if it was possible for a transfer so i dont loose a year and a half of progress and they just regurgitated the same info from their website to me without offering me any support as a long term fan this makes me so sad im so damn disappointed i just wanted to invest in them but i cant start all over again im not willing to do that. i understand the decision but i dont understand why they cant offer another option like so many other paid/ free games do they arent the only game ever to have done this but they are the only ones to virtually punish long term fans for investing in them.

Hope they will rethink it, or maybe they will make this version a bit more exclusive and worth it to restart, as in new mechanics or their early access promise, the exclusive Multiplayer Mode

i am having the same issue and i am so upset about it. i recently started getting into the game and i am almost done with chapter 2 and i dont really want to restart but i just wish i could play it on my computer with the same account like i can with my phone/ipad.

it makes no sense given that tapblaze has an accounts system the idea that this would somehow make it more exclusive when in reality it limits the people who actually want to pay and punishes them with having to restart and not being able to use that account on anything other than the device is assigned to is so prehistoric and disappointing especially when they offer no solution or help.
