I LOST MY ALL PROGRESS
Today I formatted my computer and reinstalled Steam and downloaded the game. All Steam clouds were up to date. There is no problem with my other games, but all my progress in the game Good Pizza Great Pizza is gone. Even the progress in my Tapblaze account is gone. I don't know how this happened and I had 60 hours in the game and 250 days of progress. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Some time ago someone said if you click in your TapBlaze ID in the configs it somehow restores the progress, here:

Even after logging in? You could try messaging them trough the headset icon on the configs as well, I guess if you logged in with the Steam account the ID is the same, so maybe they could help out

@dipper I tried to write the problem to the e-mail address in the support section, but I can't send it. It keeps giving an error. I don't know what to do. I wrote it here hoping that maybe one of the officials would see it.

It's been some time they don't show up here, but recently I sent a complaint trough that site that you can access trough the configs and they replied kinda fast. But as it is a more complex problem make sure to add screenshots of your in-game time and that kinda of thing to prove your lost progress, as well as the other obligatory infos

Actually, it seemed like it was solved at the first stage, they threw me to a certain time and I continued from that time. However, there is another situation right now, my game is not progressing. In other words, I am constantly playing the same days. Now we are trying to solve this problem.

Whelp, better than nothng I guess, hope they fix it, this actually kinda affects me and other people as well, but I've finished everythng so it's just annoying
