topping skins not accessible!

hey everyone! so recently bought both valentine's topping skins sets, and they were automatically applied. next i bought the jingle's topping skins set, and i never got the option on steam to verify purchase. so now not only are the jingle's topping skins set not accessible in my game, but i actually can't toggle the existing topping skins on or off. am i doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

Is it actually in your purchase history? I would double check that first if you didn't get the verify purchase.
Since I don't own them myself, I don't know if for some odd reason you can't use them during another holiday event. It would be a strange quirk in my opinion.
Also, is the, I guess option menu showing up in game? Or is the new category not displaying? I think the steam page says there's a new tab under decorations?

oh, that's a fantastic point! i checked my purchase history and while my card was charged, the purchase is not showing up with the same card-then-account charges as previous purchases. i do have the "skins" tab in-game, but it's only showing up with the valentine's topping skins, and not the jingle's skins, lol.

oh yes, and as for the toppings skins tab, the tab is there with all of my available options: pepperoni hearts, etc. but the "select" buttons are all "unactivated", and i actually can't deselect the topping skins and revert to the originals at this point.

Given that the v-day event is ongoing, it may be forcing those toppings skins at the moment.
If you were charged for both though, and Steam history isn't showing both, then this is a customer support for steam situation.
