problems with vegan pizza

peopel ask for vegan pizza, i make a vegan pizza, but they still refuse it. why? i done it by the book, they still refund. is the game broken?

You're putting on every fruit, veg, fungus available to you with only sauce? I know I've forgotten event items before because they do not get listed in the book but customers still want/expect them.

Might also consider taking screen shots of when it happens. What their order is, what you make, what their response to it is.
Is it for all vegan pizzas? Is it only certain scripts (wording of the order) that are buggy?
Is it just for people in the store, or is delivery also being weird? (if you have that unlocked)

Okay, I haven't had any issues prior myself, but I just had someone ordering with “No, I don't have vegan powers... Can I just get a vegan pizza?” and they got mad at me with a "beggars can't be choosers"
I wasn't expecting that so no screen caps myself.
This was also on my iPad, not PC, if for some bizarre reason that might matter.

Mine complained there was no tomato sauce on the pizza, I had used Pesto because I was thinking of the Green Machine pizza. It might make a difference.

I only use tomato sauce unless otherwise requested. I also have buddies for everything, so I know it's not a ratio thing. The biggest thing for me is that I normally use the bot for vegan or vegetarian pizzas because of how long it takes to put everything on (the works doesn't seem as common a pizza anymore).
