Any tips on earning good money?

I have been having a hard time earning good money. No matter what I do, daily I get 40-50 in cash, but a good portion of it goes into an upgrade. I also have every recipe up till basil unlocked and it's difficult to stack toppings for complicated orders. My customers order about 3 pizzas with annoying stacks and I have to individually click through their complicated order. Some ask for everything and I usually do not get good tips from it because their patience just decreases rapidly (this is with the mood upgrade btw) I cannot afford the 500 helper upgrade. Any tips?

I will not buy new toppings until I can at least get two helpers. But again it gets difficult earning good money.

I think events give some extra money, but another more constant way is to decrease the amount of toppings in the pizza, if I'm not mistaken 12 is the minimum for no complaints (all around the border), try it out and if I'm wrong try to increase it a little more.
