TO THE DEVS: Game still does not start

When will this be fixed ?? Since the last 2 or 3 updates, my game refuses to start whilst it was working perfectly before the last updates. So please fix this as soon as possible so that I can finally play again, many thanks!

Hi, can you please try the following:

1. Verify your game files.
2. Try to open game via files -> Steam/steamapps/common/Good Pizza, Great Pizza/PizzaBusiness.exe
3. If error appears eg. missing msvcp110.dll, you're missing one of the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio
a)Google which Redistributable you're missing and download it from official Microsoft site.
b)BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD 32-BIT REDISTRIBUTABLE, game uses 32-bit, downloading 64-bit Redistributable won't fix the problem
c)Install missing Visual C++ Redistributable
4. Game opens right away

If this does not work can you please send your %APPDATA%/../Local/PizzaBusiness files to [e-mail] AND your TapBlaze ID - we been trying to replicate this but so far nothing.

many thanks for your reply. Since your last update a few days ago (after my post), it finally starts again which I'm very happy about. :-)

Can you please tell me the path to the Savegame folder ? I just had a look but couldn't find it among LocalLow, Local or Roaming. And on C:/Programs (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common, there is the game folder but I can't identify the saves folder with the last savegame. What am I missing ?

Hi, I think you have to open windows explorer/folder and enter in %APPDATA%/ first

The full path to get to LocalLow, Local and Roaming is C:/User/Username/AppData and that's what I tried but in neither of those folders is the one of Good Pizza, Great Pizza. And in the other one from above, there is the game folder (Good Pizza, Great Pizza) but I can't see any savegame folder. In many games, it is in the folder of the developer but in your case, there is none called Tapblaze either. So can you please write down the full path how to get to the savegame folder ? I would like to send the latest savegame into the folder on my laptop so that I don't have to start from the beginning again. Also, I might need to get myself a new desktop PC and also, there might always something happen to the game or computer, so knowing where the savegame folder is would be really a big help.

"What's stopping the game from starting, is the Profile.dat and the Profile.dat.bak notepads, they are Corrupting, and all contents of the notepads are getting removed, Not sure WHAT'S causing it, but removing them, fixes the problem, and keeps most (from what I've seen) of your data. PS, You're welcome TapBlaze."

there is a PizzaBusiness folder if you are on windows. The full path should be C:/User/Username/AppData/Local/PizzaBusiness

so far, I'm still able to start the game after your last update/patch but I will keep in mind what you told me about this other player.

I had a look at the path you wrote down and there is something that is obviously the last savegame, not a common saves folder but at least something with the date and time of the last time you started the game. So I will try if I have the same start in the menu after playing on the PC and then sending the PizzaBusiness folder (or its content) to my laptop. Many thanks for giving me this path. :-)

I uninstall the game off of my MacBook and I’m trying to reinstall it but now it just crashes and says it can’t open as it’s already in session somewhere else and to try again later help
