Help with the Final Steward's Challenge "Transcendent 'Za" (this is also an achievement?)

Seriously, I can't find any answers for what recipe/combo I need for this achievement, I've already tried putting every ingredient on the pizza (both Wheat & Regular dough), no the Half Life/Half Death combo is NOT the answer either (i've tried that too), so I'm stumped, to the 2 people who've apparently gotten this achievement, what recipe is it? Help pls.
