Silver Soul has Good Pizza, Great Pizza

I am on day 16 ch 1 and it keeps crashing while I make my first pizza. First time playing on PC (fan of the mobile game), haven't had an issue until now though.

Is it possible to show a video or image right before it crashes? Also, can you please check %APPDATA%/../Local/PizzaBusiness/ and see if you have any files there? If so can you please email pizza@tapblaze.com with them? It will help us fix this for you.

I can't find that file, I may be looking in the wrong place though. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it let me get through the game, but crashed during the news portion. So it changed up but still closed out the game.

I think there may be an issue with unlocking the 'Bear Buddy' achievement? I'm on Chapter 3 right now and have had all the interactions with the first homeless man that the wiki state (up to and including the birthday party pizza). I helped him every time I saw him and he always seemed happy and his story-line seems over? I may be completely missing something, but help would be appreciated!

Also, an additional bug I've found that a few people seem to be saying is that if I play on fullscreen mode (sadly, my preferred mode), the game crashes a little while in. I've tried it a few times and it doesn't seem to be linked to an action, it just crashes. Sometimes I can go a couple of days, and other times it'll do it on the first pizza. When it happens I can't tab out of the window, it freezes my whole computer.

Playing in windowed mode doesn't have this issue at all.

New arrivals do not have upgrades, they are added manually.

Lot of issues with the game freezing up. Most often when making pizzas. It happens no matter if in windowed mode or full screen. Will happen several times in a row sometimes, every other (game) "day" for a while, then not for a several game days... there does not seem to be any pattern and nothing I have tried has fixed the issue. It is getting to the point that it makes it difficult to play the game at all - especially frustrating when it happens late in the game day (sometimes 8:00) because I lose all the progress made that day and have to restart the day after closing out and restarting the game. Anyone else having these issues or had them and have a solution? It kinda stinks to have paid for a game this impossible to play.

I have already emailed and gotten no response but can try again...but what do you mean by "game info" and computer info"? That is vague.
