There's an update from Live Update, but everytime the game's downloading the data, it's always failed. The installation is failed. Is there anyone who experience the same thing like me?

1) Open My PC
2) Show hidden files
3) On C: drive find Program Data File
4)Fild in there Konami
5)Select PES 2019 Folder
6)In Save folder DELETE LIVE0000
7) Update works now enjoy

Do this step by step. This is the only fix.

1) Open My PC
2) Show hidden files
3) Go to C- Program Data- Konami-Pes 2019 - save
4) Delete the LIVE00000000 file
5) open PES
6)wait untill it tries to update, and wait for the error message
7)close PES

8) go to Program Data- Konami-Pes 2019 - save and rename LIVE00000000.tmp to LIVE00000000
(THIS STEP IS THE MOST CRUCIAL)

9) Click yes to the dialogue box
10)Open PES

This method works 100%. Open PES and you will get updated. You will get an error message saying "some player faces were not updated" but that won't stop you from connecting online and login MyClub or whatever.

Open the game after pasting the file in save folder. If you get the same error again (SAME ERROR - SGJC1028) then
7)close PES

8) go to Program Data- Konami-Pes 2019 - save and rename LIVE00000000.tmp to LIVE00000000
