PES 2019 not working on steam

Hi,
PES 2019 won't load anymore.
I've cleared the cache, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
It just won't load.

Is this a general issue?

Loads up normally for me. The servers are offline but everything else is working as intended.

Just download "Smoke Patch" and install it over the PES2019 install, and everything will work fine.

dont know if its THE solution, but i turned steam offline, launched PES, closed it, turned steam back to online, and voilà (i maybe did a repair on pes files in btw dont remember)

Same for me - can't get it past the spinning wheel screen after controller and brightness options - please help!

getting error code network error FDDN580, but can still play some game modes but not all weird,

just change the port number to 0 and the game will load. But, in offline mode.
