New update of what? PES update for the Demo from Konami or Nvidia Drivers? Because I tell you guys how to solve the shadows or stuttering but I need to investigate a few minutes more...
Thanks. I think this update solves for me all the problems with the cutscenes now. Now I don't have stuttering in the game or in replays/cutscenes. It's ironic after trying everything to get rid of the shadows and micro stuttetering in the game (reinstalling the drivers, changing options in settings.exe, changing settings in the game on the render section, changing things in Nvidia Control Panel), I just solved today all those problem with just a few actions:
For random micro-stuttering:
1.Enter the game
2.Alt+Tab when in the game
3.Press on the game that is opened in taskbar again and: boom... the gameplay on the pitch, the cutscenes and replays are working smooth without a problem (tried lots of matches to be sure).
For static figures black or white shadows of objects or players on the field:
1.Enter in the settings options (in the game, not the .exe)
2.Go to Render options
3.Put the graphic options on default: Medium
4.Change just the Bloom, Motion Blur, and Ambient Oclusion to OFF and Texture Filtering from MEDIUM to HIGH (don't change the other settings that were changed there by the MEDIUM configuration and be sure the DYNAMIC RESOLUTION stays ON), and then enter the game, try it on the Shalke 04 Stadium to see if it works. Enjoy.
Note: I have a Nvidia GeForce 860M GTX with 2GB so my graphic card is ok but not the best, tho PES 2019 demo now is working perfectly with MEDIUM/HIGH in game configuration, and the game looks beautiful.

Yes in all PES games the fanbase need to be prepared seriously before the release date with a high computer knowledge and skills to make the game playable every single year, because every time it's a challenge to make it optimal xDDDD.
BTW don't know why when I entering the game , the game just microstutters without reason just on random parts of the game, and if I just Alt+Tab it and then click on it when it's minimized in my taskbar, the stutter it goes off during all the time when I'm in the game like I have the best graphic card ever. It doesn't make sense or logic right? I know it's a demo but wtf? With the shadows the same, "now you have them, now you don't" xDDDD. They disappeared permanently.
It's called magic !!! Shady practices and alchemy... We need to call The Witcher !!!
Anyway to check if I have the update? My demo seems to still be the same as launch.
If you have downloaded the game after the update was released then this will have been included as part of the installation already so you won't need to update further or it may have already been silently updated without your acknowledgement. There was a 200MB update 2 days ago which downloaded in the background on steam.
I have observed also that if I Alt+Tab after that game is smooth without stuttering and no shadow glitches today thus far. This is the first time today I've not seen it followed by Alt+Tab. Need to observe for more to see if indeed Alt+Tab gets rid of it for good.
1. Launch the game in Windowed Mode
2. Launch the game in Fullscreen Mode, but open Windows menu right after you start the game, to make it start fullscreen in the background.
In both cases no shadow glitches appearing.
Unfortunately, Alt+Tab seems not to help :../
