pes 2019 offline mode
Hi my friends. how can i please launch pes2019 when steam is offline?
The screen turns white and the game subsequently crashes when steam is offline. Tank you

You can't launch the game in offline mode but are able to play it online? Is your internet a wired or Wifi connection? Have you tried by disabling internet if Wifi or tried taking out the ethernet cable from your PC? Is it possible for you to provide a screenshot of whats actually happening just to know exactly your problem, also it would be helpful to know your PC specs too.

#1 i cannot launch the game in offline mode but i am able to play it online. I am using wifi connection. yes i try to disable internet but it still dont launching in offline mode.
spec:
Acer Nitro AN515-53
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
Windows 10 (64 bits)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
RAM : 8034 Mo

Unfortunately, KONAMI decided to go the online route with this game, and the game does require a constant internet connection in order to actually launch the game, If only this game didn't require a constant internet connection just to launch the dam game, this could've been a decent game, but it requires a internet connection in order to launch the game. This is the last time i'm ever buying PES games. KONAMI can kiss my arse.
