yes you can play it offline pretty good, right now only multiplayer makes some problems, it can be that the kader are not up to date if servers are off, but thats not a big deal for offline.

Yes! PES 19 is pure joy to play, the physics! just beautiful. If licenses bothers you just download the option files, patches www.pes-patch.com

Hey just keep in mind that you will be a little bit frustrated with the AI playing style...for now it's always the same motive and it seems that is very scripted and broken...i believe that they are gonna fix it soon! if they fix it you gonna enjoy the game because aside from that it's almost perfect as a football sim!

I play a lot offline with the patches (all the teams with real players, logo and jerseys (including the bundesliga) + all official competitons): it's a joy. i'll test myself online once i get good enough :^)

Played 2 hours offline on superstar difficulty i like it a lot, BUT they must fix the constant low crossing from the AI apart from that so far so very good.

It's impossible to play offline, you need internet connection, otherwise game just turns off on launch, gg Konami. Even if you play against AI it's not fully offline experience.

Yeah, but just be sure that you always have an ONLINE connection to play your OFFLINE game, otherwise, your offline game won't start.

Because that sort of cünty company that Konami are.
