FIx for stuttering! Works for 1440p 144hz or 1080p 6hz!

Got stuttering on replays or during match when playing with these setting?
Thanks to @Aritz Aduriz Zubeldia, here is a fix! Enjoy full res and quality PES 2019!

- Run PES2019, Alt tab the game,open task manager,right click on pes 2019 click go to details,right click on pes 2019, click on chose affinity,disable the last 2 cpus.

I don't want to celebrate too early, but this seems to have fixed the severe (depending on the stadium used) stuttering issues on my AMD GPU playing 1080p @60Hz. So, thank you for this great piece of advice!

Glad to help! I didnt know it also affects 1080p 60hz settings, but sadly cant change title, hope others with same issue find this fix!

I actually did celebrate too early, the stuttering still persists, unfortunately, even at the lowest settings. Such a shame. But thank you anyway, at least the community helps each other out, when Konami won't (or can't).

Also try limiting cinematics fps to 30.

This is the same Fix as in PES 2018... so actually again the same error. Poor Konami

omg. you are awesome mate ! that works for me ( pes 2019 demo ) ! even on high settings there is no stuttering. maybe some of you guys want to know my specs : amd fx 8320 , gtx 1060 , 8 gb ram . so its best solution to prevent stuttering if you have amd fx 8320 cpu and mid range gpu .but i wanna know how this works ? is it related to transferring cpu load to gpu ?

Some months ago I found out that fix by accident for a game called Wulverblade...
now you write this AND ITS THE FIX FOR PES TOOOOO...

I recommend you to activate Freesync in your monitor and in radeon settings. This way you will be able to play without stuttering at 100 hz or 144 hz.

But I only have achieved that using borderless gaming app and in window mode setting.

I realized when you disable hyperthreading the stutter is gone.
