One Deck Dungeon Extras Cards?

So I bought and love both one deck dungeon and the forest expansion board games. Does anyone know if the Fanatic, Witch, & Cinder Plains are digital only or can you buy/get their CARDS somewhere?

Fanatic was created specially for the digital version as a Sentinels of the Multiverse crossover, so I know she does not have a physical card (yet anyway). The others I am not sure about.

While Caliana and the Phoenix's Den can be downloaded from the board game's website, I can't find any place to get downloads of or purchase promo variants of the Fanatic, Witch, or Cinder Plains.

Regarding the Witch, it looks like the answer (as of last June) was "No plans yet, but likely in a future expansion".
