Sorry for the delay but it's out of our hands, unfortunately.
oh whoa there a sec.....$13.99AUD o_O.
I don't so much mind paying premium prices for iOS games but thats even dearer than the Steam version, and thats even with a 10% launch discount.
And no idea on the App Store page as to what the expansion cost will be. Why can't a dev put the price in the description for iap's like they used to??
Bloody Apple
Actually thinking more about this.....
I think the game will be a hard sell at this price on the App Store. So many good games that are released as fully paid games fail on mobile platforms due to poor sales. There is a real "it must be dirt cheap or free for me to get a mobile game" mentality out there. I don't share that way of thinking but it is a fact none the less.
My concern now is if sales are not so hot for the iPad version, should I risk the purchase of the game from the App Store and quite possibly miss out on future dlc's and patches available for the Steam version due to the mobile port being possibly abandoned?
Can you reassure me Mr dev that that will not be the case...please.
edit:
Arh, frig it all....bought. :P
Thank you for the reassurance.
Game is absolutely friggin awesome on the big iPad Pro. The graphics, the UI, the audio, the whole presentation is 100%.
Looks like another late night.....but this time with a smile on my face.
We are not worried about poor sales on mobile in the least! And glad you're enjoying the game =)
Oh bummer, I must have missed it. I blame the tutorial because it told me to just consider the Dragons Cave dungeon...being a newb and all ;)
So I guess that option will become available when I either restart a new game or die a miserable death in my current one, seeing as the game only has the one save? No problem then.
Oh and I understand your reasoning about the expansions price not showing, although I wonder how a whole lot of other developers manage to show prices on the App Sore pages of their iaps? Just thinking out loud, thats all.
If I helped in some way to bring to your attention things that you meant should have been there originally then thats great.
Your feedback in this thread is very appreciated by me. Hopefully it will also help others who are interested in the iOS version.
