Cannot go down dungeon levels.

As of right now, I am level 22, put two or so hours into the game, and got past the third arena champion. But, now I cannot go further down in the Cells of the Condemned, locking me into whichever floor I am on. The only exception is going up, which does not fix the issue. Does anyone have any solutions? I might try uninstall and see what happens.
