A Bug about ice cream (spoilers)

I don't know why appeared this bug,but I can't take the cone to make ice cream when I want to repair the computer.
I think this is because I used the ice cream twice for the first time and they were recycled after this.
Now I have to replay this game :(
(Sorry English is not my language, but I really hope they can fixes this problem.)

That's weird... You should be able to pick up the cone at any time. Maybe you have one in your inventory already and it's covered with ink?

OH!!! You reminded me of this, then I succeeded. XD
Yes, It is covered by ink, I only noticed that I can't take the cone again, but in fact I can still make ice cream!

I've tried everything and cannot collect any ice cream in my cone to repair the computer. I've rebooted the game six times , which allows me to replay this segment. I'm able to collect the cone, but it instantly goes into inventory before I can get the chocolate (or any flavor) ice cream. Ok, so I click on the cone, but it will NOT appear so that I can get some ice cream.
If I can't solve this, then I'm done. Spent money on a faulty game that I cannot finish. :0(
What should I do?

Finally, finally, finally I was able to get the cone to appear and accept the ice cream. Gee, that only took me four hours and wasted the time I'd set aside to play games. But THEN, once I was able to cool the computer down and enter into the red screen, there was only ONE security lock in the entire game, and I need three. So, I'm stuck...again. I hate this game!!!!

This Ice Cream crushed my game. And crushed Steam app also!
Why, why I can take it before Author´s quest?! Now what? I need to replay all game? I load old saves, and it work like sh*t, all dialoges are in errors! Oh, my...

I have a solution, click right botton of mouse in a point random next " the red zone"
