Panzer Strategy vs Panzer Corps

People who have played both games please comment. How does this game compare in complexity to Panzer Corps? Which is more involved?

Difficult to say :) It's two different titles with different game mechanics.

One way that I have an idea is by looking over the manual which from what I notice is not available unless you purchase the game.

Panzer corps sux because no online multiplayer . .. just stupid play by email which is great if u had 1990 tech of 28k modem ...

But now we have broad band why are there no proper multiplayer games. On that note i dont see anything about multiplayer in this ... which is 100 % needed b4 i buy any game.

Saying that a game that mostly focuses on single player and is meant as a rich single player experience with grand arching campaigns sucks because it uses an antiquated system for multiplayer is childish and dumb and quite frankly what's wrong with the "CoD generation" of gamers.

Don't get me wrong, having a robust multiplayer mode would be great, but getting the game mechanics down and have a great single player experience is what is truly important for games like these.

This, absolutely. I base All games on their SP experience, so I'm the complete opposite.
If it's MP only, no money from me.

Am currently more worried about something I read regarding tanks fighting battleships. :P

Very cool. I figured as much - going by what you guys are putting into the game. (meaning the care, blood, sweat and tears - but not the band :D)

to say that Pzcorps sux is something personal i think ,i notice myself i keep playing that game over the years and already have almost 800 hours :) ,if Pz strategy succeeds to do the same for me i ,will be a happy man.I bought it to push it up but atm i dont play anymore, something to do with not being able to strengthen your forces up during the game and only be able to do that after the release of the game.So il wait it out and keep my eyes on the forum

PC is good game and reminds me of old game panzer General, but i like the new graphic and new button for upgrade units with MG ....

The animation and attractive units make this a interesting and worthwhile addition to anyone who has Panzer Corps in their collection. I'd say they are very similar but Panzer Strategy has a nice animation factor. Buy BOTH...

Just finished the Madrid scenario. PS has a lot more depth than PC. I gave up on PC long time ago as it was dumbed down. I own the PC game and several of the DLCs. PS is definitely more interesting. Developers can count own my support for the game and future add ons. Looking fgorward to the full release.
