Hi! We are sorry that you encountered such a problem. Please try the following solutions which should help you:
- Please update DirectX to the latest version: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer[www.microsoft.com]
- If you are using other game capture programs, then turn them off while using Gecata
- Disable the Steam overlay in games (Open the Steam client and go to Steam > Settings > In game. Uncheck the "Enable Steam overlay in game" option.)
- Launch the game -> wait for it to load -> minimize the game -> launch Gecata -> expand the game.
