Official word on mods is they will not be supported in any foreseeable future.
You can make RS2 page on all modding sites available on the world, it is not going to change dev stance on it.
I feel like I already had that discussion, maybe even with you.
Festival Of Tears#1642
Speaks to one of my main complaints about the game, being the near meaningless stat buffs from the rank and skill tree unlocks (25 health for what 15 skills points?!). It's a lot of grind for minimal reward that doesn't really encourage further progression.
Would be good to see some mods to improve the Combat Suit upgrades so they're a bit more meaningful. Same for the beastiary unlocks.
You never know, might spur the Devs to address these issues.
