[Campaign Spoilers] The other not-a-turret Reaper and potential build suggestions?
So I just cleared the module research tree and got the Executor Reaper weapon.
Feels like basically a GAR +10 combined with a SGAR +10 with both of them having destructive and energy damage type respectively. Talking about its alt fire modes.
It's a really good gun though its outfit cost is also insanely high, so for now I'm just running a mostly passive Heavy build because at least I only need one primary extender to actually carry it.

Anyone have any other build suggestions? Hoping for a passive Assault build so I can take Ammonite, but I need so many extenders just to run the weapon.
Also despite its description, apparently all your bots can run the weapon too, which is why I figure its outfit cost is so high so you can't just give all your bots the Reaper. Though perhaps I should try, its a really good gun. Maybe, I can see its effects when running it but not sure if its as good when ran by bots, and I'm using overwatch too instead of manual fire.
But is there any method to force the AI to use alt fire modes? It's alt fire seems way better and definitely more ammo efficient.
Although if bots aren't intended to use the weapon, perhaps it can be rebalanced to only take 3-4 slots? It's basically an endgame weapon after all so I think balancing can go out the window there. Also make it easier to actually put it on all the classes.
Or perhaps have 2 versions, an Executor one with less slots and more power and the current one for bots.

Incidentally I cleared out the HQ facility tree too and it gives some kind of pet engineering gear. Seems kinda risky to use from reading the description. But that one I rushed researched before reloading so haven't tested it yet.

How do I use the Ex reaper? Do I need to unlock the Executor class?

Have you actually unlocked it? If you haven't just proceed down the module research tree, it'll show when you've unlocked it like how it shows all the stuff you unlock. Then look around your loadout menu, it'll be immediately obvious.
Otherwise I suppose technically you are the Executor class, but it's not actually relevant here.
