Open test: marching fire not working
soo I can't install it on Uplay, since apparently it works there, it forces me into steam every time even though I click download in Uplay and have seen no way to circumvent this. when I try to launch it through steam it says: "there was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product"

How can I fix this and why does ubiswaft ♥♥♥♥ up so many things so often. I say this because I am definitely not the only one getting this, I got an entire discord full of people with the same issue.

Well it forced me to download the 19GB on steam too, which ofc is the old PTS version... So it doesnt work. But now if I check on uplay I have a new version there called not just Open Test but Open Test: Marching Fire and it again makes me download it on steam, but is a different version the right one most likely so sadly... You will have to download that too, and it is 22GB for me.

That is the one I downloaded, yet.... I get what I mentioned in my post. smh

Well in the title you mentioned only Open Test so I hoped that is the only problem... But if you have the Open Test: Marching Fire and it still doesnt work I have no idea what we do now lol... I will finish the download in two hours so I will try it myself with that version.

When I got the base game I notice this open test folder I renamed it to test if the game works without it and it did so I deleted it. Now I purchased marching fire and is not showing up and I realize that was it. How can I download it again without deleting the whole game?
