Looks kind of like grounded but better.
I plan to wait a bit before getting it and would like to learn more about it but it looks quite interesting. I more or less made it that title for an attention factor but at the same time they do seem similar enough so I do not consider it click bait. How is it so far? does it run well or is this one of them decent looking terrible running games? (I ask because I seen a few people claim it's not that stable)

Grounded is most certainly better, in most aspects. That said, this game has its moments too. I don't regret buying it.

I like both.

But I pretty much find the general tone of grounded extremely annoying. The constant voiceovers from the characters, and the general squeaky clean demeanor. Grounded is like a game designed from the base up to get the mom's seal of approval for a wholesome children's game. Everything is very sanitized, and generally the game addresses you like you're a baby in a crib and it's shaking a rattle in your face, so it can see you coo and drool.

After a while I found it really annoying. Like having my teeth overbleached.

Grounded also has about, oh... what... four full years of continuous development over smalland. So comparing them repeatedly isn't really fair. This game game has been out for a year. Lets see where it is in 3 more years. I played grounded at launch and whole sections of the map were empty, with nothing there, nothing to do. People have forgotten that, or only played long after launch, so they don't know that.

Smalland has had 3 different extensions to the map. The ruined church area, the "forgotten monuments" area (a ruined children's playground) and the amber valley area. They've had a ton of other content added as well. Player attribute system, attribute leveling, gear rarity system, and various mounts, which they're getting ready to overhault (the mount system). The devs are really pretty busy.

Grounded didn't hold my attention for very long. I like this game better.

Grounded isn't GTA if that's what you are looking for. It's a great game, lot of fun, good story and progression, well developed. It's not sanitized or made for babies, you're just being hyperbolic because that's what people do when they feel like they have to defend whatever unpopular opinion they're trying to push on others. You like Smalland better than Grounded, cool. But statistically Grounded is way more successful and is a better game overall. Smalland is a grind with very little story. It has some good points but man, it dropped the ball with story and the last few zones seem cobbled together rather than getting the attention the first few zones had. Maybe it'll improve over time, but saying Smalland is better than Grounded? Sure, that's your opinion. Some will agree. Most won't. That's just how it is.

game runs pretty well , maybe one of the best one on performance compared to any other survival out there. Playing in coop doesnt have any type of lag or packet lose , building a big base doesn't burn out your PC

As a massive Grounded fan, I don't think they are comparable. They share the same small person aesthetic but they are both enjoyable for very different reasons. Grounded has base raids, and mutations that act as class modifiers and underwater levels. Smallands has attribute leveling, mounts, and faction gear/events. Different strokes for different folks but both very fun.
