not sure whats going on

game says they added iron hatchet but its on none of the crafting lists for me and i cant find where to craft i have the game completed except the new content

It's not an iron hatchet, it's a pyrite hatchet.

The recipe is unlocked when you mine pyrite for the first time (from the "giant's fall" church), and it's made inside the forge.

The church is east of the giant stag beetle boss (the one you defeat to get the amulet).

The great sword is in a old camp that's near ground level up a board. Took me a second to find it. Slash for flies and have a piercing weapon handy for the cockroaches
