There are two new Great Trees in the north. If you climb the western one and move out along the branches of that tree as far to the west as you can, you be able to look almost directly down upon her base.

She is at the western side of the forbidden monuments, in the area where they added the wild mice and the tameable mouse.

Her base is near a surveyors tripod. Big three legged stand thing.
