Do bosses and mini bosses in this game revive?

Same as the title said, do bosses and mini bosses revive?
I defeated the spider matriarch but i didnt find the fang from it so i was wonder if the boss would revive or do i need to start a new game save

My experience confirms they respawn.

Yes, they respawn over time.

You can also relog to force a respawn in some cases. As example, if farming a certain enemy for materials it can be faster than waiting a couple in-game days.
