Saw some have wings in trailer. How do you get them?

theres dragonflys that drop insect wings, and a few other flying creatures randomly..... once you have all the required materials you can make a chest armor called 'regal plate' which allows you to glide and slow fall...it is obtained from drustana npc.....

It's a bit of a grind to get all the materials, but worth it. I am having a blast gliding my way around!

ya i recommend AS SOON as you can get it...just get it... like make it a point to farm the required materials for the chest....... im still using stone for the other peices...trying to swap em out for the spider stuff, but going to hold onto the chest

Where are the dragonflies & what materials do u need to farm. I haven't done much the ants keep killing me. 😞

swords kill ants quickly (dawn ants are more dangerous beware), and 2/3 at a time if you time the swings correctly. Make sure you get some stone armor an ants/bees do minimal damage, follow your NPC markers an make sure to finish all the conversation options and quests for them, each one crafts their own set of armor for you, progressing you through the game essentially.

You will need insect wings (drop from all kinds of flying insects), and bee heads for the regal helmet, and some other materials.

Best weapon to use is a spear, flying insects are generally weak to piercing damage. Power attacks do massive damage (right mouse, small charge up window & animation).

Armor is mix and match, and there's no set bonuses. So once you have the regal chest armor, you can use that all the time, and put better stronger armor in the other three slots (head, arms, & legs). sometimes I stop and swap the chest for stronger armor (I'm using bone armor now), but honestly the gliding wings are pretty handy. I jump off of things and glide away from things chasing me, until I can stop and prepare to attack them as they run up. It's super handy.

There's also another set of armor with gliding wings, called the ironwing. It's later on at the end of the game. Strongest overall armor, and has wings too. Each part has armor value 9. Highest armor in the game so far.

Same here. Got the bee armor yesterday and the wings are a gamechanger hands down. Simply amazing.

You need to create the regal set it will last you until the end of the game. Find the bee npc which is kinda north of the starting zone.

Easy matts to craft and I used the set until I swapped to the black hornet set.
