Hello, how can I revive my insects that have no life at all? or do I have to release them?

there is an item that looks like a stick you can make in the workbench that will revive a knocked out tame. I can't think of the name atm

The recipe for the Revive Incense is unlocked after completing the quest provided by Skadi. When using the Revive Incense, you need to point at the bug and hold the left mouse button to 'charge' it up then release to activate it. Just pointing and clicking will waste the Incense.
