Clans?
Will the Game Devs ever make clans a possibility in the game? That way only people I trust can mess around with my tree encampment WITHOUT me having to make it opened to everyone?

Problem NOT solved at all.... The player that claims the tree logs off and POOF the whole clan is kicked from the tree... all there building and items GONE.
I play with my wife and we have a shared base in a tree she claimed. When she logs off i can't use any shared building, chests, crafting stations as they all go with her.
And if i want to log in at our shared base i have to make a hut at the base of the tree... if i don't i get spawned back at the start of the game.

Yes i could claim a tree of my own but we like to share a base.
Having Clans would sort out this problem, not messed with the Dedi server files as yet but i'm putting my cards down as the same thing will happen on a Dedi server.

+1 for clans. ;)

then the suggestion should be "persistant world option"
where the world can be set to NEVER despawn if a player logs out

Well "persistent world" would not work with the system the game has atm as a tree base can be unloaded and reloaded into another players game.
If the bases where "Persistent" then that system would not work as you would have bases loading in on top of other bases.
Having a Clan Base would solve this problem AND the problem of tree bases griefing that a lot of players are now shouting about.
