Normal sized humans coming?

Giving the benefit of the doubt that this is a genuine query, I can safely say it will never happen. Part of the game's backstory is that they are extinct.

I was exploring the church and finally got to see a cockroach crawl across a skull,...so the cockroaches are over a foot long,...NY cockroaches have nothing on these things.

Born/raised in NY and living in the Carolinas for the past 9 years I can say the "Palmetto" Bug the aka Florida Wood Cockroach are a lot bigger. So could be they are based on these buggers.

Could be a child's skull. Maybe they were sacrificing babies.

But there is a species of roach that can reach up to near 9 inches on the largest size. Of course with humans being extinct some natural selection changes could have happened over time as well.
