Also, a way to recycle old items, like old armor/weapons that are no longer needed.
Leaf or wooden boats to cross the waters with.
I bought the game because I think it's very original and indeed it is. I think it's one of the most original games released this year.
For now the biggest problem I see is hunger and thirst in certain circumstances almost exhausting, and freezing in certain situations you can't escape..
Forgetting these things the game is more than good. You have a decent crafting component, you have to loot, you have to fight. There are all the requirements for the game to turn into a small success and according to your latest statements on the number of copies sold I would say it is.
Certain. The quest system still needs to be perfected. The positioning of the work tables needs to be perfected. But I don't claim these things right away. We are talking about an Early Access and comparing it with other products for how they arrived in Early Access this product is damn good.
That said, I really really hope for an ITALIAN TRANSLATION as I'm sure it will make the game more immersive for Italians who have little knowledge of the English language (Let's also not forget that many Italians do not buy a product without translation).
I've done my job, sponsoring your work, buying an early version of an unfinished game. I just hope you remember the Italian users and that also the money of the Italian users is as good as that of the Spanish, German, French, etc... users, for which a translation already exists..
I wish you success with this game and a great day. See you.
Also on the topic of displays, bug head display would be a fun way to show off your battle prowess to your friends.
Snowing/Raining Texture Inside Caves
it's not a huge deal but it was strange to see in the beach cave! It'd also be cool if you could go into the little burrows around the world and that would qualify as "shelter". So far you can't walk in them at all and I think they're mainly just used to spawn creatures at night, but it'd be cool if you could look around inside them and maybe even make it a home!
Better Character Building
I'm pretty sure there are already improvements in the works but I do think more colors in general and hairstyles would be very nice. I would also like more body (or at least height) customization, maybe more markings!
Mammals. Mounts, and Passive Creatures
I know these are pretty limited because it's clear the Smallfolk are at the bottom at the food chain, but I'd love to see things like rabbits, moles, squirrels, and field mice (the field mouse being another mount similar to the gecko or ladybug) with their respective homes or burrows. I'd also just like less things to eat me all the time :') But I think birds would also be incredibly fun as another catastrophic event!
More Clothing and Armor Options
Self explanatory, but I'd really love to see mushroom caps, acorn hats, bandannas and more accessories! Another thing is a winged butterfly chest piece like the dragonfly or bee ones already available. Essentially just more clothing options in general so people can customize their appearance and experience further.
Miscellaneous:
- BOATS or a mount that can carry you across rivers
- Taming more than one mount
- Not having to repeat a quest/boss if you are with a group just so that everyone can get the reward
All and all it looks very promising! I really enjoy playing and I am excited for what the team has in store!
Also, on the map, make it to where we can see what direction we are facing on the map itself when our pets/mounts are w/ us. The pet/mount icon is too big and hides our icon/arrow. Yes, yes, I know, use the compass .... lol ... but when I'm in the map itself, it makes it difficult to see the direction I'm facing or trying to face.
Note: I am, even in real life, geographically challenged. HA!
I would like an option to turn on/off "screen shake" for both 1st and 3rd person.
* rain - compare the sizes of a tiny people we are playing, it would be great to change the sizes of rain drops to bigger so it would be rain drops bombardment....
* I just started and don't know everything that is ingame but it would be great to see birds and a chance that they can attack while you fly (if they are ingame then Im lucky for now that havent encountered)
* winter: water could freeze to ice...and all the bugs could hide in caves in that period not just normal spawn like in summer.
can be added that only in winter spawns a lot of caves where all the bugs are hiding.
* pets: add a possibility to some of them climb vertical..
*add a mechanic to dive under water with some crafted suit and all fauna around fish, and some small insects that living under water
i think they are only using it as a spawn point for different enemies but it's a really good idea
Access to key setting impossible with gamepad work with keyboard
Reset key binding is bugged so i deleted the game and reinstalled it to be able to play
Changed binding fron original and some key didnt work well, exemple set B to jump and the jump didnt worked.
So i think that the gamepad is not yet completly ok to play the game
All that being said I'm not sure what change would best suit it. A change to its crafting requirements could get rid of the map crossing portion of it, possibly using a couple screws instead of iron shards, or requiring fewer shards so crafting them doesn't seem worse than just going all the way north. The other option I see is increasing its harvest damage to make it more useful if you aren't making iron right away.
