Thanks! nice tip. Fireflies are little hard to harvest, since they only seem to spawn 2 at a time max at night.

You only need enough material to make the first.
If you destroy buildings you have built (including lights), you have a high probability of getting more materials.

I think this is a bug.

Thank you! I just started hunting for decoration resources and was disappointed to only find 2 actual fireflies spawning and the rest being atmospheric that disappeared when you got close. Spent a whole night chasing ghosts lol. If this is a bug they fix, I hope they add more fireflies.

I've never found any fireflies even though I head to the lights. The lights seem to either maintain their distance or if I somehow manage to get to them I don't see the ones that are supposed to be there even if I enable antennae sight.

There's more then 2 per night. There's 2 per area. Just follow the glow bugs from one area to the next you can get a ton of them in one night. But they're spread out on the whole map.

You get 12 in less than 1 min doing this log out and back in rinse and repeat while stocks last.

It always surprises how many are happy to simply quick step through games/content and/or not at all play them as they were designed (why play them at all in that case).

That said, it's anyone's choice I guess, maybe I'm just part of an older generation or something with a different attitude to those things.
