Btw, the doors are still there technically. If you go to the main menu, and then reload into the game, the doors will often reappear.
If you add more doors to the "empty" doorframes, you can often end up with double doors there. You'll go to open a door, and see the animation of the door swinging, then still see another closed door. Have to click another time and see a second animation. It's kind of funny.
Tree magic doesn't like doors I suppose
No, it's just a bug. They're actually still there, and can reappear if you re-log into the game.
