had a quick look you have played the game for about 40 hours, not sure how much content you want for £18 not sure what it is in dollars, i mean yeah if you have "completed" the game, then other than starting over you probably are done after 40 hours of gaming, just to compare resident evil 4 remake that came out for £50 here in the UK has an achivement to complete the game in under 8 hours, you got 40 for a 3rd of the price, be happy, also i see you just started grounded thats a great game also, enjoy!!

you can go into base building, explore the map more, or set your own targets. New content is coming soon too, so i guess for the price its a very good deal at the moment, and the potential is huge. Most of the time right now i only enough traveling around and there is always something happening anywhere on the map.

Your not wrong. All you can do once the story is done is build a super fortress on your tree, and hoard resources for when the next content is finished.

LOL. I've done that before. In valhiem I've been stockpiling the flamemetal ore from the ashlands... and that biome isn't even finished. There's no RECIPES that use it yet. But.... when they add them, I will be ready!!

Sandbox games are what you make of them, and early access ones can be pretty short an sweet around the initial launch, especially if you binge it like the newest Netflix series. If exploring for new building locations, and building isn't your thing, I can see it feeling like it's lacking content. Right now if you've finished everything all you can really do is stockpile metal/clay an wait for the next update. Theirs alot of building to be done though, especially with the rotation system.

I've finished the story line, and I am now doing a couple of things. I am working on base building and I am also collecting the materials to get the Healer armor set from the swamp.

So there is still some content to enjoy. All and all for what I paid for the game ...I have more than recovered in hours of game play. And there is the anticipation that more content is coming.

There are also unique weapons to find. I have only found one so far and I´m not sure how many else there are hidden for us to find.. who knows.

I would encourage you to read the roadmap of upcoming additions to the game in the coming year or so. The next big update is scheduled for Spring 2023 according to the roadmap.
