Ooops... Can't load this video
Hello all, I just installed GizmoVR and tried to play some of the local 360 videos I have on my computer but every time I select a file it says 'Ooops... Can't load this video'. Doesn't matter what resolution or format I chose it's always the same message. Can somebody tell me what is the proper way to load a video in this player or is it just a major bug?
I have installed HEVC drivers. tnx

If you see this error, most likely it is because the Windows sound output device or format is messed up or changed. Make sure your Windows sound output is working before launching the GizmoVR app. Also if you changed the sound output settings during a web browsing session, you have to exit GizmoVR and restart the wed browser to make the error goes away.

I'm getting this issue with basically any video higher than 1440p resolution. 2k, 4k, 360 videos, none of them work. I was able to get a 360 video to work in Virtual Desktop but the same file won't play in Gizmo.

Download K-Lite codec pack.

Having the exact same problem here, in ALL video players, some play, but most don't. Ulli's link unfortunately isn't compatible with Windows 11, and I've already reinstalled the K-Lite Codec Pack.
