Report a translation problem
We've just checked integration with this site and everything seems to be ok.
Please follow these steps:
- uninstall all previous gizmo instances
- install app from steam store
- after installation run it at least once
- try to open video from the site
Please send us the log file ([path to steam]\steamapps\common\GizmoVR Video Player\GizmoVR_Data\output_log.txt
or C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\DRI Digital Retail Innovations LTD\GizmoVR\output_log.txt
(depends on app version) to help@gizmovr.com if this problem persists.
