Bulwark easily fights a Fafnir, with his energy shield it contains a Fafnir.
If the player received the Cheat with the Pilots that pierces the shields, Bulwark takes out his physical shield and exterminates Fafnir.
If the player pays and receives Pixonic's cheat, shield piercing pilot + purple shield chip + stealth mod + shield mothership + no ammo can hit him.
Bulwark is dead.

LOL, actually, I just reread that ...
So the answer is easy, Fenrir is a winner at an equivalent level.
Fenrir is a heavy robot and Bulwark is a medium robot.
Fenrir has better drivers, but Bulwark maybe faster.

It depends on the situation. Bulwark is not a brawler robot (in my opinion) but can snipe down entire teams at mid range and laugh off any damage with one of the strongest aegis shields in the game, whilst Fenrir with legend pilot survives whole teams attacking, but loses its energy shield with the ability, so weapons like Gauss, Prisma, etc, basically have a huge punching bag, especially if it uses lockdown ammo or a drone. The Fenrir looks like a big fat two legged tick while the Bulwark reminds me of the over buff muscle dude that stole my girlfriend. That's why I like the Fenrir better.
