How to enter the game under my ID?
How to enter the game under my ID (from Android version)?
I want to continue to play in Steam, having existing progress, but not to begin with an empty account!

You can't, they say they can't do it, but it's more they won't do it.

You have to start from scratch again here and the low level player base is vary low, so expect long waits to join games and then your hit the tankers, who drop down levels and hit you with top weapons and bots.
They could also be playing as a clan too with team speak, discord or something like it.

I don't know if This would work for You but I was able to get My Account on a Windows 10 Platform when the Account is "Originally" on This Windows 8.1 LapTop.
I went to Install Steam on the Windows 10 Computer then went to the "Already have Account" Area and Steam prompted Me about an "Unknown Device" and sent a Confirmation / Activation Code to My E-Mail on Record. Checked the E-mail on the LapTop and entered the Code and then "Remember Device". So now, My Account is on both My LapTop and Computer.
As for any Games, You have to goto Steam > Backup and Restore Games; Follow the Prompts and You have to save It/Them on Your Current Platform. Write down the Backups' Location and "File Size" so that You can go and Copy Them to a USB Stick. My File Size is over 2000 MB; so, I had to use a 4GB USB Stick. I didn't have to "Restore" My Progress on the Computer though as They are already within My Account.
Hope that This Helped.

EDIT: OH! I did have to make sure both the LapTop and Computer were on and Logged-in because I had to "Stream" the War Robots Game first before Steam would let Me Download the Game on the Computer.

It's Android to steam he wants.

@skykat

You can install your steam account on as many PC's, laptops as you want, but you can only play a game on one machine at a time.

It don't matter which machine you log into war robots on, your be using the same PC account.

Using Bluestacks still gives you same crappy graphics, i only play steam now, i consider Android version practice.

I started playing on android again with bluestacks a few days ago and I'm enjoying it more than PC version, with the way the PC versoin is.

The problem is not in the graphics, but in the fact that I started to play on the android version but on the PC version all my progress are not available.
It is more convenient to play on a PC than on a phone.

Aye, with Steam you can "Backup" your Games' on your own computer / USB stick but you cannot in Facebook Gameroom.

I tried Bluestacks but really Steam version is worth starting over for many reasons. Graphics are top notch on Steam, no ads to watch constantly for your 20 mins off an upgrade. You don't lose your Android game you just gain a better version on Steam.

Use the adds to do your daily's and as 10 keys a time.

You lose your progress from android and have to start over again on steam.

The way the dev's are handling this game, might not be running much longer.
