Good day, Difre!

Frankly speaking, haven't heard about it yet. But I will ask our team and will return with the answer.

First of all I would like to say that I really like the game! I am very grateful for the attention given to this issue. I wish much more success for the WR family. I look forward to a return.

Hello once again, Difre!

As I've promised, I'm back with an answer - and a rather interesting one.
Instead of a test server War Robots Steam will have "betas" that will test new features unique for Steam version of the game (changeable controls, etc).

The first beta will come in a week or two, so stay tuned!:steamhappy:

Probably a stupid question but what's the difference between the beta mode and the normal mode

Would guess what you get and level in beta won't carry over to normal.

As much as I love the beta option, this is a poor caveat, and so far is no replacement. When I was new on android, there was no way to test weapons/bots I didn't have unless I bought them, or I used the test server. However, Pixonic DOES NOT advertise when the test server is up and running. I never even heard of the test server until I went on to the War Robots forum at least a year after I was playing. As a result, my first 2 gold purchases were on Gekkoks. I know, too bad for me. I recommend you use/get an android to get the test server so you can sample the new stuff so you know what to work towards.

Typical Pixonic.

All the progress and statistics work in both modes (beta and normal mode).
We use beta-versions to bring brand-new features and improvements to the players who want to try new things asap and ready to test it.

But keep in mind that with Beta features we don’t guarantee the same level of quality as for the stable branch. You may proceed at your own risk.

Am I missing something? Because so far, all I see available in the beta is a configurable keyboard/mouse and controller support (kinda). What are all these other options you are talking about that we get to test ASAP?

That's right, those are the things we decided to concentrate on with the first beta as lots of players asked about them: configurable controls, gamepad support, layout for left-handed players.
