Game won't load - Pixonic Screen

I've been stuck on Pixonic screen for 2 weeks. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Adding game to my antivirus exclusion list. Game refuses to load.

When my WR Account was on Facebook Gameroom and the Game got "stuck", I was told by Pixonic that I had to uninstall and reinstall Facebook Gameroom and not their War Robots Game. Thought that that was rubbish but I did that and the Game launched.
Not sure nor saying that uninstalling and reinstalling Steam will work but if you do decide to try that... you should backup all of your Steam Games' first.

Verify files in war robots local files.
Right click game and select properties.

I'm on a desktop PC. Have tried everything to get it to work. For now I'm just using my laptop
